Educational Center “Zerde” invites all HR specialists to study for the International Certification HRCI.
Educational Center “Zerde” from August 2020 becomes Certification Preparation Provider of HRCI. Our study program based on HRCI standards and formulated for all HR specialists.
After completing the preparing course in our Center, you will master the skills for each qualification.

Qualification requirements for candidates:

After completing the course, you will have the following skills:

Qualification requirements for candidates:
- Have at least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent,
- Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.
After completing the course, you will have the following skills:
- Talent Acquisition;
- HR Administration and Shared Services;
- Talent Management and Development;
- Compensation, Benefits, and Work Experience;
- Employee Relations and Risk Management.
Qualification requirements for candidates:
- Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent,
- Have at least five years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- a minimum of seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.
After completing the course, you will have the following skills:
- Business Leadership;
- Talent Development and Management;
- HR Service Delivery;
- Measurement and Analysis.
To get a certificate, you need to pass an exam in English at the Pearson VUE international assessment center.
